As a disability lawyer, I have opportunities to work with and recommend Personal Injury Firms, and SiebenCarey (and Art in particular) is one of the firms and lawyers I have at the top of my referral list. I've also had occasion to work on a large, complex case with Art that spilled over into my specialty. We produced an outstanding result for our client. If it were all about the settlement, I would give Bob Brabbit 5 stars. He and his staff were so much more though. There was the patience to take us through this two year long ordeal. Answering our questions and explaining to us what was going on. There was the knowledge Bob had to take on a big insurance company. And last there was the determination to get us the best possible deal. Bob was referred to me by a friend in the legal business and I would be proud to recommend him and his staff to anyone with workman's compensation problems. Great job Bob!!!!!
Robert Brabbit is the attorney reviewed here. I was injured in an accident at work and needed representation in my workers comp case. After thoroughly researching, I decided on SiebenCarey. Mr. Brabbit took my case and informed me right from the beginning what he thought was the best decision moving forward. Throughout the process, he ensured that I was promptly informed of any updates. He walked me through any paperwork related to the case over the phone and made sure that I understood everything. He was very good about not simply telling me what to do, but instead consulting me and getting my opinion, then making suggestions and informing me of his reasoning. Cory was very sensitive to our emotional loss and my son-in-law's emotional and financial loss. The circumstances of the accident were not black and white. My daughter, unfortunately, chased her dog out into a semi-dark road - by no means an open-and-shut case. Cory got my family a fair settlement and abided by our wish not to take it to court. It was my decision that I didn't want to put myself and my family through reliving that awful day that forever changed our lives. Cory could have had a potentially bigger paycheck with a court appearance (or possibly not), and he simply asked me what we wanted to do without pressure either way. State Farm was particularly difficult to deal with and he stood by his offer to collect the "gimme" death benefits as part of their service and only charged us for the wrongful death part of the settlement. He stuck by his word even when it became very difficult and expensive for them to collect what should have been an automatic payment if State Farm was truly the "Good Neighbor" that they claim to be. I would highly recommend Cory if you're looking for a personal injury lawyer.

I was having such a hard time with workers comp failing to uphold their end of what they were supposed to cover, and would stall out and try to prevent me from receiving care. Robert Brabbit immediately pressured them to fulfill their legal obligations, and even was able to get me a QRC to help deal with the medical approval side. I don't think anyone knows how to navigate workers comp until after they've been injured and don't know what to do, or really know their rights, and what workers comp are supposed to do. And that lets them get away with stall tactics to discourage you from receiving compensation and treatment.

I hired Seiben Carey to represent my mother. I wasn't sure what to expect going into this, but Jeffrey Montpetit and his associates made this as painless as possible. My choice to use Sieben Carey on my personal injury case was easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. I own a motorcycle/powersports company that took me 25 years to build. I was involved in a serious car accident and reached out to Art for guidance. I had heard as well as read online reviews about Art. Called the attorney at around 12:45 pm in the afternoon he was in court. The end of the day the attorney called back but I was in a doctors appointment with my daughter & the reception was bad & the call dropped. So the attorney left a very nice, detailed message & answered my question on the voicemail & said if I had any more questions to call anytime & he would be happy to help. Car accidents are scary, especially when your injury does not go away. I was lost and in need of help. Mr. Beyer took me in and got to the bottom of the problem. When it was all said and done the accident did not cost me anything and I recieved something for the pain and suffering!

I worked with Art and his team after an ATV accident that I had. He took care of all communication with the insurance companies involved, navigated several challenges that arose with the settlement, and only reached out and interrupted me from my recovery when my input or decisions were needed. I was very pleased with his communication and responsiveness through the whole process, and we walked away with more than 10x the amount of money that I assume that I would have been able to garner on my own without a Personal Injury attorney. I would work with Art again, but hopefully, I am never in a position where I have to.
